THE PEOPLE

Laura Harvey

Dermal Therapist and Co - Founder

After more than a decade of treating skin across England and Australia, I’ve learnt that you don’t need more products or more steps, you need clarity.

My approach to skin is grounded in education, honesty and trust.

Honest conversations are kind of my love language.

Working with a wide range of skin concerns over the years has shaped the way I approach skin today. Less about doing more and more about understanding the skin properly.

Taking the time to uncover what’s really going on, connect the dots and create a plan that is realistic, achievable and right for you. Skin is personal and I believe the best outcomes come from listening first.

I’ll always be honest with you, even if that means telling you to do less, not more.

More than anything, I want you to leave feeling confident not just in your skin, but in how you care for it long term.

THE PEOPLE

Felicity West

Registered Nurse and Co - Founder

I began my career as a cosmetic nurse in 2011, training under renowned cosmetic physician Dr. Gavin Chan at the Victorian Cosmetic Institute. It set the foundation for everything I believe in, natural, refined results that help you still look and feel like yourself.

My approach is calm, thoughtful, and always centered around subtle enhancement rather than dramatic change. I believe cosmetic treatments should work with your natural features, not against them. I take the time to understand your individual goals and create a plan that’s completely tailored to you.

For me it’s always about balance, honesty, and patient care first. I want you to feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely supported with results that leave you feeling refreshed, confident, and authentically you.

Minimal intervention, beautiful outcomes, and treatments that feel considered, natural, and never overdone.

THE PEOPLE

Eliza Lemmer

Registered Nurse

I’ve been a Registered Nurse for almost six years. Some of my favourite roles have been working as a scrub scout nurse and in palliative care, where I developed a deep appreciation for compassionate, patient-centred care.

Feeling comfortable in your own skin can have a huge impact on confidence, and my own skin journey is what led me to aesthetics. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, informed and supported, with treatments tailored to you and natural looking results that never feel overdone.

Outside the clinic, I’m an introvert who loves a good chat. I’m a night owl, love UK comedy, great food and spending time with my family. Laser Genesis is my favourite treatment because there’s no downtime and the results speak for themselves.

I became a nurse later in life, but it was always where I knew I was meant to be. I can’t wait to welcome you into Wren.
